CONSULTATION
From initial enquiry our experienced business consultants will arrange a convenient date to meet up on site or at our Factory or Head Office to discuss your needs in absolute detail. A scoping document will be produced so both client and the team at R H Hall can progress every project in a professional and timely manner. From start to finish all projects and work orders undertaken are tracked through electronic time sheets and works to all client projects are treated as highly confidential. Once the project needs have been worked up we will provide a detailed quotation for all works and once we receive the go ahead Cad drawings and works will commence to the agreed schedule and will be managed through by an appointed dedicated project/works manager.

CAD DESIGN
Whether we work up the drawings for the client or drawings are supplied in electronic format we work with the very latest Cad 3D software which is linked to our machinery. Our Cad operators are highly experienced and very customer focused to deliver all projects on time every time.

LASER CUTTING
We operate a complete range of modern fabrication machinery to take on most metal work services from Laser cutting, CNC hole piercing, bending and forming of all mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium from 0.7mm to 3mm thick. We love challenges and no job is too big or too small.

WELDING
Using the most up to date methods of welding our welding team is experienced and their attention to detail is exact. We pride ourselves on reliability, strength, high quality finish and having the complete range of fabrication services in house ensures constancy maintains competitive cost and keeps our production times accurate and under full control.

POWDER COATING
This facility is another in house service we provide with the ability to powder coat in any finish or any RAL colour. Whether your needs are for a one off or mass production we can provide a superb service at extremely competitive rates often working for other fabrication companies whom outsource.
