Design Services
Our wealth of experience means we have connections to most manufacturing sectors and can involve the right suppliers to give you a complete one stop shop as needed. From initial enquiry, our experienced team will arrange a convenient date to meet up on site or at our Offices to discuss your needs in absolute detail. A scoping document will be produced so both client and the team at R H Hall can progress every project in a professional and timely manner. From start to finish, all projects and work orders are tracked electronically and all client projects are treated as highly confidential. Our aim to understand your requirements includes prototypes, lead times, quality, finish and quantity – allowing us to provide a detailed quotation for all works. From approval, we are able to create 3D CAD drawings (using Solid works) and production will commence to the agreed schedule. The project will be managed by a dedicated contact at all times.
Welding and Finishing
Our experienced welding team use the latest techniques and their attention to detail is exact. Our welders are highly skilled with all varieties of steel and are able to polish welded stainless steel to a mirror finish if needed. We pride ourselves on our reliability, strength, high quality finish. Having a complete range of fabrication services in house ensures we maintain competitive costs and keeps our production times under full control.
We have an in-house dedicated team for grinding and polishing of all our products. We can offer simply weld cleaning to full on mirror finished polishing depending on the customers needs.
Laser Cutting
We operate a complete range of modern CNC fabrication machinery to take on metal work services from Laser cutting all mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Our in-depth knowledge of engineering and manufacturing in many sectors mean that we can source items and services at very competitive prices. For some customers we manufacture, manage and create call off plans ready for same day delivery. For other customers we undertake plumbing, assembly and electrical installation services of fabricated parts and assemblies. Whatever your manufacturing needs we can help! We have a great, flexible and well trained team.
CAD Design
Whether we work up the drawings for the client or drawings are supplied in electronic format we work with the very latest CAD 3D software (Solidworks) which is linked to our CNC fabrication equipment. Our CAD designers are highly experienced and focused on delivering all projects on time, every time.
Bespoke Projects & Custom Build
Adam Hall, our dedicated Factory Manager works with our customers to ensure all production is based on their exact specification, including measuring up, sketches, and DXF/DWG/STP/IGES files.
Samples are also available, with our in house CAD/CAM department able to design and transferring the detail directly to our production floor for CNC punching and laser cutting. We have a CNC press brake, guillotine, spot welding, TiG/MiG welding, and high quality cleaning, grinding and polishing team. Other team skills include plumbing, assembly and electrical.
